Wine & Cheese Tasting

Looking for something different? Want to know a little more about wine (& cheese if you like)?

Tastings offer a relaxed, fun approach to understanding more about wine, with the emphasis on what you like to drink, how to help you find more of it, and introducing you to some styles you may not have come across before.

A million miles away from formal, stuffy wine tasting, you can visit the wine bar in central Brighton or they can visit you in your own private property.

Private wine tastings introduce you to some basics of wine and wine tasting, talking you through six wines, and answering any questions that pop up.

If you’d like to incorporate a cheese matching element into your tasting, we’ll include an introduction to the ‘rules’ of cheese and wine matching, serve a different cheese with each wine, and give some information on the cheese and its production, as well as discussing the match itself, the thinking behind it, and how well the cheese works with the wine.

These are relaxed, fun, informal sessions for any level of wine knowledge – you set the pace. Your tasting experience will be unique!

* Starts at 2pm, 5pm or 7:30pm
