The House, is a perfect property for the standard sized girls weekend, it offers you all of the benefits of The Lodge, (the largest property in the portfolio) but at a reduced rate. This house is only available for limited weekends from February to October. Closed November, December and January. Brighton is just a short walk to the seafront and a hop into a taxi to the city centre. Located in a quiet residential area it’s the perfect setting for a sophisticated hen.

All of your spa treatments, dance classes and yoga sessions can take place in the house – its kitchen really is that big! With a spacious garden, it provides luxurious accommodation you will not want to leave!

Plash out on in house private dining and when the sun sets drop-down the huge 300cm wide cinema screen from the ceiling and stream a surprise videos and pictures direct from your iPhone. There could be tears! Very flash!

Ground Floor North: Three single beds as standard or can be changed to a single and a king size bed (sleeping 3 in total) with en-suite shower room , WC and hand washbasin.

First Floor

Back of the house twin room (no ensuite): x3 single beds as standard (or can be changed to a superkingsize bed).


Family Bathroom with double ended slipper bath, wc, sink and walk in shower.

Top Floor

Bedroom Left: x3 single beds as standard sleeps up to 3 people. No Ensuite.

Bedroom Right: x4 single beds as standard, sleeps up to 4 people. No Ensuite.


Shower room off landing with WC and Sink. Serves both top floor bedrooms.


Garden with lawn, raised beds, water feature and 2 separate seating areas, outdoor kitchen including coal fired barbecue, sink and fridge.

What you need to know

Cot and highchair available.
Parking for 2 cars on private drive, further car parks nearby.
Please advise a member of the Booking Team if you require a different bed configuration, otherwise the set up is standard.
Guests are requested to keep noise levels to a reasonable minimum especially when entering and leaving the property, if we could ask holiday-makers to be considerate to the surrounding neighbours. All amplified music is forbidden.

No Stag parties please.

Please note: With accordance to the insurance policies, only a maximum of 15 guests allowed in the property at one time.  We can not allow additional evening guests.
